[Bug 1245581] [NEW] LiveCD does not ask whether I want to "Try Xubuntu" or "Install Xubuntu"

Public bug reported:

What happened: When I start the Xubuntu 13.10 i386 LiveCD (downloaded using torrent at releases.ubuntu.com) I directly land into the desktop screen of Xfce.
What should happen: I should see the "Try Xubuntu" or "Install Xubuntu" and select language window first before I see the desktop of Xfce.
