The problem resolver is failing because you've installed cinnamon from a
PPA in Launchpad which provides a version higher than the one in the
official Ubuntu archive. This is a situation you'll need to resolve
manually, by either downgrading to the official version of cinnamon (and
what ever other packages the PPA provides) or by manually editing your
sources and upgrading via apt (which is not the recommended way to
upgrade between releases).
