I think this belongs in some higher-level tool; click build is meant to
be pretty low-level, and I don't want it to contain policy about the way
apps are constructed.

Status in “click” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I am not sure whether this is meant to be out of scope for the click
  tool, but I would find it very helpful if "click build" would catch
  some packaging errors or missing files that are required to be present
  in a click file.

  The ones I encountered

  - missing .desktop file
  - missing apparmor file
  - invalid email format in manifest.json
