Title:
/etc/network/Interfaces needs proper permissions
Status in “debian-installer” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
I just did an Alternate Install on Precise (12.04), and chose to
create a command-line only system. After rebooting, Ubuntu
automatically connected to the wireless network I used during install!
Which would be awesome, except that it threw my WPA key into
/etc/network/interfaces, which is readable by all.
