Public bug reported:

Since I have upgraded to 13.10, my notebook can not resolve host names.

I expect DNS servers received by DHCP to be written into
/etc/resolf.conf which is not the case.

When I click on the network indicator information menu item, I also see
the right DNS servers there.

By calling 'nmcli dev list iface eth0 | grep IP4.DNS' I can see that
NetworkManager transmits the right DNS servers.

I have also tried deleting /etc/resolf.conf and it is not created when I
reconnect.

I have added 'nameserver 8.8.8.8' to resolf.conf to get my browser
working but that is only a temporary workaround.
