[Bug 1220573] [NEW] update manager has lot of wasted space when maximized and Technical Details section is collapsed

I am using Ubuntu Gnome with gnome3 ppa enabled.

When running update-manager maximized and there are some updates
available, there is a lot of wasted space when Technical Details section
is collapsed (so by default when running update manager).
