Public bug reported:

I was updating ubuntu, while configuring it couldn't find grub, but it
is already installed. After the error installing grub, I decided to
install grub-efi-amd64-signed and this bug appeared. I had problems
while installing so I'll wait for new updates. I also had problems while
downloading the repositories.
