Currently, the only reliable way to change Ubuntu to boot under UEFI instead
of BIOS is to change the firmware setting from BIOS to UEFI and reinstall
Ubuntu.  The reinstall is needed because UEFI requires different partitions,
that may not have been created at all on your system if it was installed in
BIOS mode.

Bug description:
  I was updating ubuntu, while configuring it couldn't find grub, but it
  is already installed. After the error installing grub, I decided to
  install grub-efi-amd64-signed and this bug appeared. I had problems
  while installing so I'll wait for new updates. I also had problems
  while downloading the repositories.
