[Bug 1224494] [NEW] ubiquity title bar glitch during ubuntu desktop install

Public bug reported:

When installing with the daily live saucy desktop image as of 20131112.

There is a duplication of menu bars across the top.
While I can still install, this looks bad and takes up screen space.

I've reproduced this on a Thinkpad X220 (intel gfx),  Thinkpad T420
(intel gfx), and an AMD desktop (nvidia gfx).

- While I can still install, this looks extremely ugly and takes up screen space to complete the install.
