[Bug 1223891] Re: Allow click packages to register as mimetype handlers

I think we want something like gdebi, but for clicks, that would present
permissions and offer to install (via packagekit install-local) or
dismiss. That is, we want a click UI for touch apps (we could even have
a cli version, higher level than "click install").

Title:
Allow click packages to register as mimetype handlers

Status in “click” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I could be nice to allow click packages to register as a handler for
some mimetypes. This would (presumably) allow the user to open a file
with the program from the file browser or from the command line with
xdg-open. (Issues about apparmor access would probably also need to
  be addressed.)
