Testing here, I see the correct behavior: mountall tries to process both
mount entries, can't do so because one of the two filesystem types is
wrong for the device, and sends an error prompt to plymouth.  If you are
seeing a hang instead of an error prompt, you may have plymouth
misconfigured, or you may be affected by bug #540645.

  The second and the third entry contain the same uuid, System fails to
  boot and hangs in mountall
