[Bug 1225665] [NEW] Update-Manager Says upgrading to 13.04 instead of 13.10

When using update-manager to upgrade from 13.04 to 13.10 beta, the
window displays 'upgrading to 13.04'. I believe this should read
'upgrading to 13.10'!
