Bug description:
  As the title says, we need a new version of our wallpaper uploaded to
  Saucy.

  At the same time, we're making wallpaper filenames release-agnostic to
  update the wallpaper along with the system (if the user still uses the
  default one).

  While our documentation is release-agnostic regarding imagery by
  design, the Xubuntu team will naturally take care of anything that
  might need updating.

  Due to uploader availability concerns at the present moment this might
  require a sponsored upload after Release Team approval.
