[Bug 1228537] [NEW] Sync fakeroot 1.20-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Please sync fakeroot 1.20-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

The first change fixes FTBFS in package critcl and might fixes in another packages, as well.
Second and third changes are not quite new features. They are introduced due to fixing bugs (more info on Debian bugs).
