Ack... Checked the dependancies. Quantal ships with 2.15-0ubuntu0,
Raring ships with 2.17-0ubuntu5. libudev1 doesn't show up in the repos
until Raring, thus naturally libc6 was out of date because libudev1 was
designed for the version of libc6 that ships with Raring. I've looked
back over the other dependancies, and they all seem to mesh correctly.
Even though it's not technically speaking a bug, it's something that
could be improved on, and something that we are now aware of. If you
have any further questions, shoot me an email @ qtbalazs at gmail.com.

Title:
  12.10 to 13.04 upgrade failed

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Bug: /var/log/dist-upgrade/main.log and /var/log/dist-upgrade/apt.log
  upgrade was aborted

The terminal asked me to report this bug when the upgrade failed.

But There was another problem, possibly related to my text turning to boxes:
Dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of libudev1:i386:
  Libudev1:i386 depends on libc6 (>= 2.17); however:
Version of lib6:i386 on system is 2.15-0ubuntu20.1

Once I updated again with apt-get update and then ran apt-get upgrade
  it worked
