[Bug 1231173] [NEW] Presentation forms for vertical white lenticular brackets are transposed

Public bug reported:

U+FE17 and U+FE18 are two vertical white lenticular brackets. According
to the code page, http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/UFE10.pdf, U+FE17
should be concave down and U+FE18 concave up. Unifont has these
transposed.
