Bug description:
  The following crash occurred during an amd64+mac installation of
  20130923.2 image soon after entering ubuntu-one credentials during the
  installation.

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Start the installation (with ethernet cable connection to network)
  2. Wait for the drums sound
  3. Click Install Ubuntu
  4. Continue until ubuntu-one sign-on page
  5. Enter the credentials.
  6. Now it could be noticed that the installation does not proceed further and after some time, installation error message will be shown.
