This is because you have the xorg-edgers-ppa enabled in raring.

./etc/apt/sources.list.d/xorg-edgers-ppa-raring.list found in
VarLogDistupgradeAptclonesystemstate.tar.gz.

This page, https://launchpad.net/~xorg-edgers/+archive/ppa, contains
details on how to stop using that PPA.
