Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  Dear All,

   I've a Asus p5k (bios 1201) with a sata WD hd 250GB. No problem on
  older ubuntu version but on Karmic (live) the hd is not recognized on
  ubiquity during install process.

  I'm able to create partition on it, create fs etc etc. the partition are umounted during installation process. 
  I've tried different bios setting (SATA compatible mode, AHCI) but no luck.

  Other sata HDD are recognized.
