When reporting bugs, you need to be much more specific.  "It doesn't
work" is not very descriptive.  What doesn't work?  Can you choose to
boot Windows from the menu?  Do you get any error messages when you try?
What exactly happens?  Also please attach your /boot/grub/grub.cfg file.

  Hello! My system has Ubuntu 14.04 lts beta dual boot. The second
  system is Microsoft Windows 8.1. After updating to version Grub 2
