Well, yes, but we don't use this script to start logind but we start it
in /etc/init/systemd-logind.conf. So we have never needed logind-launch,
and don't intend to interfere with the upstart job. This will only come
in if/when we move to systemd as pid 1.

Title:
Missing /lib/systemd/systemd-logind-launch (referred to by
/usr/share/dbus-1/system-services/org.freedesktop.login1.service)
Status in “systemd” package in Ubuntu:
Won't Fix
Bug description:
The /usr/share/dbus-1/system-services/org.freedesktop.login1.service
file in systemd-services contains
Exec=/lib/systemd/systemd-logind-launch
However, /lib/systemd/systemd-logind-launch doesn’t exist, because
it’s missing from debian/systemd-services.install. For some reason
this doesn’t seem to be causing obvious problems, but I thought you’d
like to know.
