[Bug 1303199] [NEW] fstrim-all should show output on success

Public bug reported:

Currently, from the fstrim-all man page, "there is no output on
success." Hence, there is no way of finding out which partitions fstrim-
all thinks support trimming, and hence which partitions have been
trimmed.

In addition, it is impossible to get statistics about the trim, similar to
    sudo fstrim / -v
