[Bug 1303649] Re: systemd-logind high cpu consumption

This looks like fallout from the cgmanager integration, as it just
started recently (confirmed on IRC) and otherwise logind hasn't changed
for the whole trusty cycle. When it happens, could you attach strace
-vvtts1024 to it and see what it's spinning on? Thanks!
