gutsy installer finds older gutsy media on hdd

Bug description:
Binary package hint: casper
What works:
Copy the Gutsy install CDROM content to the HDD and boot to HDD to do install. Works ok.
What is broken:
If you boot to a (in this case newer daily build) Gutsy install CD, it finds and mounts the HDD image (older).
Suggested fixes:
1) change search order so that it finds the cdrom media first
2) embed a serial # both in the initrd and in the media. Have the
installer initrd check the serial numbers before it assumes the
content is correct (better than #1)
