Title:
Firstboot windows not localized after selecting lang other then
  English

Status in The Somerville Project:
  Invalid
Status in “oem-config” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid
Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
During the installation of Gutsy Gibbon (as well as Feisty Fawn),
after I select a Language other than English and click 'Next', the
titles on the following windows (and some of the text) remain in
  English:

  Selecting Country and Time Zone
  Keyboard Layout
  Preparing Disk Space
  Migrate Documents and Settings
  Who are you?
  Ready to install

This can be confusing to non-English-speaking customers around the
world, and will become even more critical as we expand our Ubuntu
  offerings world-wide.

FYI: In our factory image, we run /usr/sbin/oem-config-prepare so that
firstboot is launched when the customer boots the system for the first
  time.
