Status in “metacity” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: metacity

  The metacity Wireframe feature is supposed to be disabled when
  accessibility in on however it doesn't . I found on both Jaunty and
  Karmic daily builts that is /apps/metacity/general/reduced_resources
  enabled.
