Status in “gfxboot-theme-ubuntu” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The boot menu options and the other strings of the Dell recovery
  installation process are not translatable. As Dell is now selling PCs
  even in non-English speaking country it could be useful to translate
  them.
