Bug description:
  When 'noninteractive' is added to the kernel command line for
  automatic-ubiquity installs, the installer crashes with a traceback.

  File "/usr/lib/ubiquity/ubiquity/filteredcommand.py", line 359, in run
    if not self.frontend.installing:
  AttributeError: Wizard instance has no attribute 'installing'
