Title:
Please make --no-sessions the default, and add a cmdline option for
  the inverse

Status in Upstart:
  Fix Committed
Status in “upstart” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
The subject pretty much says it all. The functionality enabled by the
inverse of --no-sessions doesn't seem to be widely used, and causes a
ton of both noisy and scary-looking ringbuffer spew on machines that
spend a lot of time entering and exiting chroots (like buildds, or my
  personal laptop with sbuild).

I think it would make more sense to invert the toggle, making --no-
sessions the default and adding and documenting a new --chroot-
sessions (or whatever) that enables the feature for the few people who
  actually want or need it.
