[Bug 1306896] [NEW] unneeded installed dependencies

Public bug reported:

activity-log-manager has replaced the transitional activity-log-manager-
control package some times ago. But ubuntu-desktop still list that
'control' package which should have been purged from the archive.

activity-log-manager-control should not have 'dependants' as now they
are moved to the new activity-log-manager.
