I want to confirm the issue on 14.04, just want to note that I get no
"the disk drive dev/mapper/cryptoswap1 is notready yet or not present"
message at all during boot, just a black screen.  The hw is Lenovo T430s
(`uname -a` output: Linux brada-t430s 3.13.0-24-generic #46-Ubuntu SMP
Thu Apr 10 19:11:08 UTC 2014 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux).

Bug description:
  If you install the OS with the selected option "encrypt /home" , then
  after installation and a reboot at the beginning of the download you
  receive the message "the disk drive dev/mapper/cryptoswap1 is notready
  yet or not present". Affect the functioning of the system boot, and
  subsequent failures of the paging file
