[Bug 1307627] [NEW] Error wiping USB stick: UDisks2.Error.Failed: Error synchronizing after initial wipe: Timed out waiting for object

Public bug reported:

My earlier bug #1307622 was a duplicate of bug #1300361, ie. my USB
stick did not have a partition table.

With (DOS) partition table in use, I'm getting the following error
instead when trying to wipe the USB stick:
