In a saucy -> trusty upgrade the package util-linux fails to configure
because:

/usr/bin/dpkg --status-fd 89 --unpack --auto-deconfigure /var/cache/apt/archives/initscripts_2.88dsf-41ubuntu6_amd64.deb /var/cache/apt/archives/mount_2.20.1-5.1ubuntu19_amd64.deb 
..
/usr/bin/dpkg --status-fd 137 --unpack --auto-deconfigure /var/cache/apt/archives/util-linux_2.20.1-5.1ubuntu19_amd64.deb /var/cache/apt/archives/tzdata_2014b-1_all.deb 
/usr/bin/dpkg --status-fd 139 --configure tzdata:all util-linux:amd64 
..
/usr/bin/dpkg --status-fd 175 --configure libdrm2:amd64 plymouth:amd64 mountall:amd64 initscripts:amd64 

But
