Repackage Ubuntu 12.04.04 with Open/Ssl fixes so no updates needed
Otherwise for next 4 years allways people will need to use update for servers when deploying new server.
Remembering to just update only 1 package for 4 years. 14.04 some may not use and dont need to waste time on couse 12.04.04 is still LTS for 4 years supported.
ps. can someone add this affects ubuntu 12.04.04 i dont know how to
add- report bug opens me a wiki for ubuntu bug reporting.
