  Ubuntu removed boot from cd, boot from usb etc.

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  When i installed Ubuntu 13.10, it changed boot order, so that i can not install anything new, or old.
  It removed boot order cd, usb, etc.

  Also the button: Seek on your computer is making the screen flicker
  and become like pixelling. swithcing and mixing all images and
  software in one pixelling-looking mash.
