I didn't hit the ^C during the upgrade process. Process was stopped automatically .
Actually I am facing log in problem from few days back. I had post my question on askubuntu also but the answers I getting and I serach through the related posts doesn't worked for me . So I thought after upgradation of version it will disappear but system doesn't allowed me to upgrade by suggesting that bug report command.

Bug description:
  Hi Ubuntu developers,
  Actually my main problem is I am not able to logged in my 13.10 user account. It get me back to the log in screen. So tried to upgrade my version but still I am facing the error while upgrading and I got "ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-core" message.
