  "Could bot determine the upgrade"
  An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade. this can be caused by: * Upgrading to a pre-release viersion of Ubunutu * Running the current pre-release version of Ubunutu * Unofficial software pacakages not provided by Ubuntu.
