  Cannot upgrade to 14.04

Bug description:
  I cannot upgrade my OS from 13.10 to 14.04.

  I am not sure of the third part applications installed, but everything
  is pretty much standard. I have never faced such problems in upgrading
  my OS ever before and this is first of its kind.
