[Bug 1310696] [NEW] one of files was not copied during installation

Public bug reported:

I tried to install Ubuntu 14.04 from usb. First time the system prompt
login and password and then rejected it. The second time the
installation crashed when copying files nd wrote thet some file (I don't
remember which) could not be written.
