Public bug reported:

Got an error on tryin to start Apache2 up didnt run or any thing, when i ran
 
sudo start apache2
or
sudo restart apache2
it showed this
start: Unknown job: apache2
tryed this in Kernels 3.13* and 3.15* (latest)
got a log on running apache2 below
