Please note the following line in your dmesg output:

This is a hardware error; it is near several instances of your CPUs
becoming too hot. Check your CPU fans, heatsinks, and make sure they
aren't clogged with dust or otherwise non-functional.

There are other errors in your dmesg that may be unrelated to
overheating, hopefully someone else can help there.
