[Bug 1310734] [NEW] Lubuntu Installer crashes using LVM+encryption

Public bug reported:

Installing Lubuntu 14.04 on VirtualBox. Selected Install from boot menu,
then selected an encrypted installation. Installer warned about insecure
swap, requiring me to manually run swapoff, then returning to me to the
installer. I unselected both encryption and lvm, installer then crashed
and generated this bug report.
