  upgrading to 14.04

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  The release upgrade agent refuses to upgrade the system even when
  started with current release default kernel version. The exact reason
  is unknown thus it is not known what shall be reverted to the default
  state in order to perform the upgrade.

  Solution proposal:
  - please list the exact test(s) which have failed during the pre-upgrade system chceck
