  No Boot Animation

Status in “plymouth” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  I upgraded from Ubuntu 13.10 to Ubuntu 14.04. I have AMD 6850 GPU with
  two monitors, one 17" and another 20". I am using fglrx drivers for my
  GPU. After upgrading, instead od boot animation I get black screen
  with around one centimeter pink borders(the default color of Ubuntu).
  After some time boot animation comes with all dots filled and login
  screen appears.

  It seems like boot animation don't show up and comes in the end. If
  you need more details contact me. I'll love to help to fix this bug
  ASAP.

  I also use Ubuntu on virtual machines, I face the same problem everywhere. I found the same problem in various machines. Find the attached screenshot.
