Public bug reported:
Could not upgrade to 14.04
I think it's graphics related.  I performed sudo  apt-get remove --purge ppa:xorg-edgers/ppa
But I still get the following errors in apt.log: http://pastebin.com/ATgV8wj7
And this from main.log: http://pastebin.com/wgmee2b1
n.b:
2014-04-27 11:36:29,931 DEBUG running doUpdate() (showErrors=True)
2014-04-27 11:37:20,868 DEBUG openCache()
2014-04-27 11:37:20,868 DEBUG failed to SystemUnLock() (E:Not locked)
2014-04-27 11:37:24,767 DEBUG /openCache(), new cache size 70562
2014-04-27 11:37:24,767 DEBUG need_server_mode(): run in 'desktop' mode, (because of pkg 'ubuntu-desktop')
2014-04-27 11:37:27,811 DEBUG Installing 'xserver-xorg-video-all' (Distro KeepInstalledPkgs rule)
2014-04-27 11:37:28,172 ERROR Dist-upgrade failed: 'E:Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.'
2014-04-27 11:37:28,172 DEBUG abort called
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
