I discovered what the cause was. I had to remove nouveau drivers and I
was able to continue.

Bug description:
  I tried to upgrade and I am getting "Could not Calculate the upgrade".
  Don't know what 3rd party (if any) could be the reason for my system
  not being able to upgrade. Any help would be appreciated.
