Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Fails with unresolvable problem.

  Upgrading from 12.04 LTS

  I have eclipse development tools installed with WebSphere Application
  Server.  Not sure if these qualify as unofficial software packages.
  Should I remove them and then upgrade?
