  [Impact]

  "update-openoffice-dicts" got removed from dictionaries-common in
  version 1.12.0. But the postinst of myspell-st didn't get updated
  since then and makes the package uninstallable (fails in postinst).

  [Test Case]

  Installing myspell-st fails in the postinst with the above mentioned error in postinst.
  Installing the fixed package finishes without error.
