Ubuntu using an older version of the installation media.  The latest
point release of 12.04 is 12.04.4. Please try installing from that
version of the installation media and see if that resolves your issue.

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Created boot partition (logical) on /dev/sda5
  Created encrypted container on /dev/sda6

  Created a new partition table on /dev/mapper/sda6_crypt
  Created /dev/mapper/sda6_crypt1, format to ext4, mount as /
  Created /dev/mapper/sda6_crypt2, use as swap.

  Clicked next. Window for selecting time zone appears briefly before
  installer crashes.
