Title:
[Feature Request] Lower Mouse Sensitivity Beyond System Settings Limit
  for High DPI Gaming Mice

Status in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Hello, I have a Razer DeathAdder 3500 dpi gaming mouse that is pretty
much unusable on the Ubuntu desktop at such a high dpi. I have the
sensitivity in System Settings lowered all the way down, but this does
  little to help.

Razer does not officially support Linux, but this problem could be
rectified if one could lower the mouse sensitivity to even lower in
Ubuntu's System Settings (or alternately, change the dpi).

I know most people don't need to lower their mouse sensitivity that
much, but for us (increasing) Linux gamers, it would be a really nice
feature in the absence of official Razer drivers.

  Please consider this.
